Early Education Funding
15 Hours Free Childcare – Children become eligible to receive free early education and childcare from the start of the term following their third birthday. We will provide you with a Parent Contract at the start of each term that you must complete and return. You will be asked to provide a copy of your child’s full birth certificate the first time that we claim the funding for your child.
30 Hours Free Childcare provides working parents of 3 and 4 year olds with extended hours for free early education and childcare. Parents need to apply to through www.gov.uk to see if you are eligible. Funding starts the term following the date you receive a decision from HMRC.
We also offer to places to children who qualify for two year old government funding. Find more information on www.gov.uk
Tax-Free Childcare – We are registered with the Tax-free Childcare scheme. If you are eligible for Tax-Free Childcare, the government will pay £2 for every £8 you pay your childcare provider via an online account. To find out more please visit www.gov.uk
Woolstone Pre-school offers session based care for children who are aged between two and four years, during term time only.
The session times and fee structures are detailed below:
Please note: Morning sessions cover lunch time and you will need to provide your child with a pre-packed lunch box.
Please Note: There is a small charge per half term to cover the costs of the nutritious snacks and small items for activities that are provided as part of the provision. Please speak to the Pre-school Manager for more details.
A £12.50 refundable registration fee is required when a place is confirmed, this will secure the place until your child starts.
Fees are invoiced on a half term basis and are paid in advance, the first term’s fees are payable when your child starts visiting Woolstone Pre-school.
